<p>In a recent NY Times Article entitled “Researchers Say Intelligence and Diseases May Be Linked in Ashkenazic Genes” (<a href=“http://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/03/science/03gene.html?_r=1&oref=slogin)%5B/url%5D”>http://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/03/science/03gene.html?_r=1&oref=slogin)</a>, the researchers found that there may be a genetic basis for claiming some Jews are more intelligent. I certainly wouldn’t choose to believe this (being a non Jew), but perhaps we are afraid of the truth because it would be incredibly “politically incorrect.”</p>
