<p>I can’t say I ever smelled marijuana @ Reed, although my H did see two students taking a bong underneath the blue bridge once & one of the cross canyon dorms used to have a hookah sitting on its front porch.</p>
<p>But while I would agree that people under 21 should not be using substances, I am not under the delusion that a college can or should, make them abstain.</p>
<p>Logical consequences seems to work pretty well in this case.</p>
