<p>I don’t know anyone without a cell phone. At all. But OP you sound pretty depressed about it and it sounds like your parents have the ability to get you one so I would suggest just getting one… It doesn’t mean you’re gonna be addicted especially if you get one of those cheap flip phones that doesn’t do anything other than call/text.</p>
