<p>My friend got a cell phone sophomore year. Only person I’ve ever met without a cell phone in high school. I had a (crappy) prepaid phone from 6th to the first few months of 12th grade, then my mom got me an iphone. Ahh, I love it so. </p>
<p>It’s very difficult to not have a cell phone, simply because of how clubs contact you on facebook, or when working on a project. Not only that, texting + calling is a convenience socially. No cell phone and no facebook… unheard of.</p>
<p>Get a prepaid phone, you won’t regret it. Just don’t use it as much b/c it can get expensive for people who use it a lot.</p>
