Congratulations on your hard work but a GPA of under 3.0 is going to be tough for the impacted CSU’s and both UC’s. Since your GPA makes you in eligible for TAG, the UC’s will be a Reach.

For the Cal States, being non-local the GPA is bar is set higher so CSUF required a 3.4+ for an acceptance. SDSU, CSULB and SLO will be similar.

SJSU, SFSU and CSUEB will be your best bets in getting an acceptance.
