You’re welcome. The website says that students in the top 9% will be offered “a guaranteed space at a UC campus, if space is available.”
Although this sounds like they will get a choice among the UC campuses, what it means in reality is that they will be offered a spot at UC Merced, if they apply to one or more UCs and are not accepted at any of the UCs that they applied to.
