<p>Thank you so much Neumom and kb1001 for the responses! Thanks for clearing up my confusion about LLCs. So it’s basically just a couple floors of a dorm devoted to a certain interest or major? That’s really good that it’s quiet enough to get studying done, has a cafeteria and gym, and is located close to the green line transportation. 
Is Stetson W within close walking distance of most freshman classes? And how early do you suggest submitting housing applications?</p>
