<p>NYU and NYU Polytech are two different schools. NYU Poly is in a merger agreement with NYU (hence the NYU in the name) however, their acceptance is different and they have different supplements on Common App. Generally, NYU Poly is more known for Engineering and Tech majors while NYU covers everything else. And you are right, NYU Poly is much smaller and is located in Brooklyn and has average SATs that are about 200 points lower than the average for NYU. Also, the amount of views on this thread is way off lol</p>
