<p>I opt for cute flats, a longer flowy top, and leggings instead of jeans. A lot of girls do the leggings as pants in the winter for parties here and some wear tights under their skirts. But when it was nicer out, I’d see lots more tanks and skirts/short dress ensembles.</p>
