<p>What kind of jobs make people wealthy? Nothing I have ever done, and nothing my H has ever done. Stay away from higher ed, and stay away from engineering (sure, engineering managers can make money … those who don’t want to be managers don’t make the big bucks).</p>
<p>I agree with the post above. Those who make the most seem to be business owners, but they can also have epic failures. You have to be a risk taker. Or lucky, but that’s … well, dependent on luck.</p>
