What kind of student and person would be happiest at Cornell?

@monydad I would think a BA in a science-related field is a good thing, too, but I have heard on a few occassions people complain about it. I’m sure they just don’t realize the positives to a BA and/or don’t realize that employers won’t care that they don’t have a BS.

A&S provides a well rounded education. I am a big believer of liberal arts education. Your son may change his major after he has taken few other courses. CS is not easy at Cornell (Engineering or A&S), he may also find it to be too difficult for him to continue. My older daughter double majored in math/econ, but picked up Women Studies as a minor in A&S. I don’t think anyone looks down on BA in CS.
