Our kids were told the needed to complete third year HS level foreign language. They both took foreign language in Middle School, so did honors Spanish 2 in 9th grade and honors Spanish 3 in 10th grade. Neither one took a foreign language in 11th or 12th grade.
One went to Boston University and the other went to Santa Clara University.
For the record…they both took culinary arts as seniors…not some additional AP or something. They loved that course.
