<p>Nursing, or any other major where you have to take an anatomy class.</p>
<p>I seriously doubt nursing is very memorization-intensive compared to something like biology… which we already decided was not the most memorization-intensive either!</p>
<p>I think it kinda depends on the person. Like, I can’t stand history because I feel like I’m just memorizing billions of random facts and really don’t see the patterns/big picture well. On the other hand, I love bio even though that involves a lot of memorization as well. I can see the patterns/trends in bio more, and it’s just easier for me to memorize bio than history.</p>
<p>I agree with Art History too, I took an Art History last semester and it was a killer. I had to memorize the name, dates and titles, of over 200 paintings, drawings, and photographs. I, so happy I’m done with that class.</p>
<p>Any language requires a large amount of memorization, especially ones that aren’t similar to English.</p>
<p>I think it depends on the class. I took a history class last semester and didn’t memorize a thing; it was lots of research and writing, so critical thinking and analysis were really important.</p>
<p>Another vote for Art History. It is pure memorization.</p>
