<p>My cousin’s grandmother whose first name was Joy, was Grandjoy to everyone in my generation. I really liked it and it fit her personality too. My mother has taken the same approach. It would be too much of a mouthful if I did it. We might go for Oma and Opa which is the German version of Grandma and Grandpa.</p>
