What on earth was Kerry thinking!

Its hard to respect him because he was illegitimate to the extent that Hayes was in the 1876 election. I leave this site here if you don’t remember the 1876 election ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1876_election</a> ). If you recall the 2000 election, the Supreme Court stepped in in the case Bush vs. Gore.
That was corrupt on 3 different points.

All the judges who voted in favor of Bush made a career on giving authority back to the states, and the precedent that has never been challenged is that elections are in the clear jurisdiction of states rights.
Funny you didn’t hear any complaints about activist judges from the right back then.

Most recount studies have shown that if a recount had taken place Florida would have gone to Gore, thus giving him the presidency.

The judges who ruled in favor of Mr. Illegitimate even said this case could not be used as precedent and is only limited to present circumstances. I cannot completely elaborate on the significance of this, but would defer to Bill0510, a lawyer I believe, to explain the importance of this.
