Do you get B’s in science? Can you get a 24 on the ACT? If so, you may want to consider being a physician assistant. My S is going that route, after finding some schools that admit freshmen into their 5 year programs.

You can be a Math major and do the pre-med sequence if you like (Bio, Chem, Organic Chem, etc.) if you want to keep that option open. You can also decide on Med school after you finish college. Happydad’s stepsister majored in Math/Statistics at a LAC, got a job as a lab statistician at a major university, worked a few years, thought more and more about Med school, took the missing pre-med coursework part-time at the U where she is working, and is just now finishing off her Med school applications. She’ll be in Med school somewhere this fall.

I’ve also met a very bright recent Math graduate who was hired straight out of her BS program by the US Dept of Defense. She’s working her way through a series of internship-like experiences there before final placement in a position that is the best fit for her. She told me that her division hires people because of the training they get in logical problem-solving in a Math major, not specifically for their Math skills.
