Do you think it’s easier to transfer from, say, a third-tier school to a second- or first-tier school than it is to transfer from a community college to a second- or first-tier school? I’ve heard the opposite, which is somewhat surprising, but it sort of makes sense. Colleges are trying to target community college students to give them “more opportunity,” especially aimed at the minority students enrolled in community college.</p>
