As I look around at the architects that I know and work with, the following characteristics you list are pretty typical (bright, curious, somewhat introverted);

-4.0 GPA
-My strengths are in history, Geometry, and art.
-I am distracted very easily
-I am Organized
-Very few know what I really think.
-I am not one for large parties; I prefer a quiet evening with just a few good friends
-I give problems considerable thought in order to find solutions
-I enjoy starting something new - I quickly become bored with old projects.
-I am always searching for new ideas and improvement possibilities.

The following characteristics are not as typical, because being thick skinned and opinionated is a good survival characteristic for architecture school;

-I try not to hurt others with my words.
-I am rather sensitive and am quickly hurt.

My suggestion is to try to attend a summer architecture program. I think that is going to give you a very quick answer as to whether architecture is something you are going to enjoy.
