<p>ok. so here is my question…how much do you buy at home (we live in nj) and ship down to tulane and how much do you buy in NOLA? DS1 attends a northeastern college, 4 hr drive away, so before freshman year, I bought everything (comforter, sheets, shelves, desk lamp, toiletries, towels etc, etc, even notebooks and paper clips!
this whole flying to another state thing is really foreign to me. how does the move in process work? do people ship giant boxes, or do you go on a massive bed bath beyond/target shopping spree during move in.
being the neurotic mom that i am, i would love to start shopping now and be 100% prepared before DS2 leaves in august, but that doesn’t seem like it’s going to be the best strategy. thoughts???</p>
