What to expect?

I do appreciate the responses, thank you. I didn’t mention that my CR score was relatively low compared to math. The breakdown: 680 CR 800 M 760 R. My school was very small as I suggested and only offered a total of 6 AP classes. In the 2 years I went there (transferred from public to private after 10th), I took 5 out of the 6 AP classes. Are ECs considered for scholarships? For some reason I thought it was mostly a numbers game. But to make things a little more complex I actually graduated high school in June of 2012 and am taking a gap year right now. I’m in Germany as we speak doing an internship abroad at a construction engineering firm. I have been here for a month and can already tell it’s going to be a very worthwhile experience. I had hoped that it would be unique enough to catch some college’s eye but so far no luck.
