<p>I just remembered when I was in high school and was nominated for every position in one club from president on down, losing every one until the last and “lowest” when I guess I got the sympathy vote. That turned out to be THE best position because it was as delegate to the county wide organization. I had a great time there and made many friends outside my own school.</p>
