<p>I think his instinct to wear what feels neat and comfortable to him is right on. I just can’t see an admissions decision tipping on what a kid wore to an interview (well, ratty jeans and obscene t-shirt aside). I think this is one of those things we discuss so minutely because it’s one of the few factors in the admissions process that we actually have some control over!</p>
<p>Anyway, in my view, it’s most important that he wear whatever makes him feel like his most self-confident, outgoing self in the interview.</p>
