<p>Get a MA in Arabic from a good school, then join the military as an officer doing intelligence or as a linguist. There’s a huge signing bonus for Arabic speakers, from what I understand, and a lot of the stuff you’d do is what people imagine CIA doing. From there, if you’re good at your job, you’ll have options to work for CIA after you leave the military.</p>
