<p>Vestal is fine. Nice suburban area with shopping and whatnot. Unless you have to party at the clubs/bars/frats, or want to take a bus that’s not Escape, there is no need to go into Bing the city. Appy to Bing anyway, go visit, and see if you like it.</p>
