If a bunch of underage kids came to my home (or my business) and were drinking and I knew about it and allowed it to continue and 11 kids ended up in the hospital I would be responsible and put in jail. How do colleges get away with allowing underage drinking on campus???

They don’t allow it. Drinking is allowed on campus for students who are of-age.</p>
