what's the deal with the ranking?

Tufts is renowned in engineering because of the individual attention offered.
Of course Tufts’ peer institutions - Gerogetown, Northwestern, Emory, JHU, etc. etc. would rate the school highly - they are very familiar with it. But does anyone honestly expect the administration of a little school in northern Mississippi to have sufficient knowledge of Tufts (or many other top schools for that matter) to give a truly accurate PR? There have been hundreds of posts highlighting and spelling out the top-quality of Tufts - a reason in part why so many students apply there for so few seats. I (and others) have patiently explained to you, over and over again, the true selectivity of Tufts and its’ wonderful reputation. You simply ignore the mountains of evidence, as is justified in your previous thread. In one thread I have provided you with numerable resources that support Duffman, myself, AriesAthena, Bluirinka, snuffles, etc. etc. Either you are a Tufts-reject who is embittered that he was actually denied (OMG), or you have a specific axe to grind with this institution.
