<p>OK, one was huge another tiny. No connection to the $$ that we paid. The size was in correletion to how old was the place. The old places had a luxury to be huge because real estate used to be cheaper. NYC never had this luxury, they are cramped and making each other crazy. People are a bit on the edgy side there.</p>
