It’s not like you’re trying to buy tickets to a Taylor Swift concert. It’s completely unnecessary to be sitting there in anticipation to do the application the second it goes live. That said, if you want to do it ASAP to get it over with and check it off your to do list, then it’s fine to do it right away. I just think there is no need to worry if you don’t do it the second it goes live
