@JBStillFlying Yes, I am aware that stats vary by college. I actually found an updated version here https://admissions.tc.umn.edu/counselors/U_of_M_Admissions_Handbook.pdf I knew people from my country who get the Gold Global Scholarship but did not get into Honors Program so the chance is slim for me.
I checked the tracker but have not seen anything yet. Maybe I should be patient and wait.
