Am THRILLED :D</p>
<p>Hoping to get my letter today! I live fairly close to Harvey Mudd.</p>
<p>Poop. Are they going to send email rejections today?</p>
<p>anyone in the NW get letters today? We did not, so wondering if they sent acceptances priority and others regular slower mail… but of course trying not to think that way.</p>
<p>How about anyone in New England? Yeah, I’m trying to not think that too kathieh1</p>
<p>We’re in So. Cal. and my son got his package yesterday.</p>
<p>Well with Pomona we got it two days after mailed (which would have been today), but we’ll probably get something tommorow. I wouldn’t expect east coast to hear until tomorrow - or even Monday.</p>
<p>Oh, alright, thanks! I’ve just never really gotten any mail from California before so I had no clue how long it would take. I guess that means just a few more days of waiting then, but hopefully it’s tomorrow :-)</p>
<p>Got waitlisted! Best outcome for me because I didn’t accidentally steal another applicant’s place, and it shows that Harvey Mudd is willing to have me around.</p>
<p>My best friend got accepted and it looks like that’s where he’ll be going - not too far but not too close!</p>

<p>Thanks! I also really wanted to go to Mudd, but I decided that I like Pomona just a little bit better, and since the Computer Science departments of Pomona/Mudd are very connected, I figured I’ll be taking at least a couple of courses from them. And if my best friend is going, I’m sure I’ll find some other excuses to spend time there (and vice versa - he also really likes Pomona but has a slight Mudd preference).</p>

<p>Ok, I live 60 miles from campus. My 2 friends who go to the same school got their decisions last Thursday. I still haven’t gotten mine. I’m so perplexed.</p>
<p>Do you know when applicants will know whether or not they were chosen as Presidential Scholar finalists?</p>
