<p>Very soon schools will begin receiving the NMSF packets and delivering them to students. </p>
<p>Students here will then begin creating the state by state lists. The official release date will be in mid-Sept, but we often can figure out the cutoffs before then.</p>
<p>They will be higher in some states, lower in others, and the same in the rest. It’s not uniform.</p>
