When does the trick works?

He thought math was about the same level of difficulty as June … and his math score went up a point, so I’d say his expectation & the score were what he expected, if not a little higher.

his scores reflect his expectation in every category, really. the English was slightly more difficult for him (compared to June) and his score dropped a couple of points … Science was much easier for him and his score was several points higher … and reading was the same.

^what was his composite?

What does “Sorry, your transaction cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later.” error mean? My S took ACT PLUS WTIRITNG.

your writing score isnt up. just like almost all of us.

How did he do on math compared to how many he thinks he got wrong?

Has anybody who took writing gotten it to work?!

I don’t remember how many math questions he said he thought he got wrong … I think it was 2 for sure and there were 2 more he was iffy on. Math score was 31.

composite score: 32

ceciliaky - Can you tell me about his Science score? I am trying to figure out curve on Science section.

He felt like the Science was much easier than March (I said June earlier, but he took it in June 2012 & again in March 2013 w/the whole junior class … sorry!) and his score went up quite a few points. Again, a couple of questions he knew he missed and a couple he wasn’t sure on … score reflects that. He was like that on every section, though, LOL

His Science was 32?

Anyone know, from past experience, how long it takes for the writing portion to get posted. I’d love to get the score through this method, but I’m afraid the writing is holding it up for everyone.

On the June ACT I received my scores with writing 12 days after the exam, so it could come out on Thursday for us.

science was 31. composite was 32.

ceciliaky - thank you for sharing and congrats to your S for getting 32. I think it’s a good score.

@Lakerfan123…thanks for the information. Hopefully it will be the same this time around.

thanks! :)

As soon as your test status goes from registered to tested you can see your scores. Mine just went to tested and I tied my 2nd act at 31. My English jumped 4 points, my reading 1, my math down 2, and my science down 5. I was very confident in the math and science section but they were terrible score wise. I felt the English was the same as always and reading was really tough, but I went up 4 in English and 1 in reading, which was what I was hoping for! Just follow the instructions on that link in the first page and when your status becomes tested you should be good to go!

you didnt take writing did you? ^

My status changed to tested maybe an hour or so ago. The early glitch thing has yet to work, but I’m going to try it every hour for the rest of the day until it does.

^ same here
