Yep, I just called the college board and was informed that homeschool principals are SOL, and we have to wait until the kid can access their account themselves on the 7th. Fingers and toes crossed for all the hopefuls!! 
They don’t appear to have any way to grant homeschool educators the online access that traditionally schooling educators have. Oh well. It’s just one more day!
