Father went to Framingham State, mother to UIP (University of Indiana Pennsylvania), uncle to Ithica and that’s about it.

It’s IUP fyi.

my legacy= in china

I’m a legacy at Duke and the University of San Diego.

Dad and Stepmom- Brown UG
Dad- Wharton (it counts)
Mom- U of Chicago UG and Grad (MBA)

I applied to Brown and Wharton, nice rejection letter after wait list at Brown, regular rejection from Penn.

York University and University of Bombay. Applying to neither.

A friend of mine has at least four, maybe five generations of males on his father’s side having attended Cal. Poor boy; Cal doesn’t count legacies. Knowing him, though, I bet he’ll get in anyway if he applies. Unfortunately for him, if he applies to Stanford, he will not be allowed with a five-mile radius of any members of his family.

I’m a legacy at the University of Florida.

I’m not a legacy anywhere (or anywhere that counts anyway). UC schools don’t care for beans who you are related to btw, ‘themoonisdown’.

\m/ (O_O) \m/ Go Gators!!!

I’m a double legacy at a university that no longer exists. So… I have no legacy whatsoever, AND I don’t get the benefit of being a 1st-generation college student. It sucks.

More info, please.

My parents both went to The College of Insurance, in Brooklyn (or somewhere within NYC). A few years after they graduated, their school just decided to dissolve and the buildings and some professors were incorporated into St. John’s in NY.

wow that’s…interesting. It’s still a St. John’s degree I would assume.
