LOL. Well, yes, kitty-corner is certainly what I grew up saying! I drink pop, I let my dog sniff her way along the parking strip, I eat dinner, I have some vowel quirks (pin is not pen, but marry, merry, and Mary are all the same).
With extensive test preparation, respondents can be from wherever they want. This may suggest a socioeconomic bias to the results.
