<p>Have you created your FSUID yet? If you haven’t, you can’t access anything. </p>
<p>Everything worked just fine for me. I was able to see the financial aid that they have preliminarily awarded me (oddly enough, $0 of which I would actually qualify for next year anyway!), which is why I am really confused by everything.</p>
