We will never agree on this @chembiodad. CMU, USC, UCLA, Tufts, and other schools below the top 20 have acceptance rates in the teens. Maybe OP has stats that are high at those schools, but the acceptance rate makes those schools a reach. Lehigh is at #44 but its acceptance rate is only 25%. Lehigh is not a safety. That kind of approach will ensure that a student has no school to attend. Assessing chances of getting into colleges based on rankings is not a good strategy.
@Limdagaf - Make it the top-30 as reaches, #30-50 as matches and #50-70 as safeties. I thought the point was to provide guidance to OP as to colleges that they start to categorize as matches, reaches and safeties.
