Where did the resource for automatic full tuition/full ride scholarships go?

Are you talking about automatic scholarships for National Merit Finalists? There is still a link to yolasite that is sometimes used, but that is outdated.

If you are talking about living on campus with total COA (tuition, fees, room, board, books, health insurance) less than or equal to $10K I don’t know that you will find that anywhere.

There are some directional (non-flagship) state universities that are under $10K in tuition, such as Western IL University which is $296/credit hour for both in and out of state students. But one would also need to pay for room and board, books, fees etc., and if commuting, one would still have rent and other expenses such as food costs…all in costs would be over $10K.

Many community colleges will come in at under $10K in tuition.
