Where is iplayoboe, bebere87, freakish, chidimma, etc?

sure, sounds like fun, we’ll have a road trip and pick up all of the yale EA peeps… I’ll need a HUGE SUV, but still sounds like fun! :)

SUV? Dude, you’ll need a fcukin greyhound bus

oh, yeah, silly me. heh I’d be afraid to drive a bus… lol huge turns… lol

On second though, going the way the acceptance rate is looking…you might only need an SUV…maybe a Van…to fit like 12-15 people INCLUDING YOURSELF!

aww!

You reach senior status after 1000 posts. woah. wait, y’all knew that! lol I just didn’t believe it. :D

WHOA 2,037 that’s nuts!

Damn, i’ve got a lot of work to do to catch up to that!!!

and i thought that my # of posts was high enough to warrent addiction, but that warrents therapy!

Unlike you guys, look at Zant’s posts and realise that if anyone says anything on the posts that he/she uses, Zant pushes something back. I bet that you have more content overall with only 1/4 of the posts.

Let’s not bash zant here, I think we’re all joking…

i happen to be a very big zant fan, THANK YOU VERY MUCH

the Yale forum needs a new game. Im tiring of the “or” game. any suggestions?

How about word association game :)?

I was just thinking that, Newt. I’d totally be up for that.

RITZBITZ! WELCOME BACK!!! I need to take a hiatus. 600+ posts is a true sign of addiction. ahhh

yay!!! hiiii everyone- I am back for good   (only problem- I’m still not done with my other apps) Chidimma- you are not addicted until senior member status!

Noooo ritz don’t give in…your abscence was giving me hope that maybe I too could resist…

But it’s good to have you back! :)

Btw, has anyone besides zant reached senior status?

aww sorry Beth, I must say I will not be posting a feverish rate I was. So there’s some improvement. I just don’t have time because basketball has started and it takes over my liffe.

Want to hear something ridiculous? I’m assuming yes, so here I go. So After scheduling all the APs I could take I had some frees (something new to me) and I have always wanted to take art, so I signed up for the basic drawing and painting 1 which is ninth period. So I’m the only senior in the class (rest are sophomores and freshmen, but we have so much fun together) The only problem is that I’m an extreme perfectionist so I take foreverto finish projects. So naturally, being the over worker that I am, came in 8th period for like a month to finish my work, annnd took work home to finish. She said it was fine since it was not a course on the track to AP art. Add to this my extreme need to for every line to be perfect, the number of absenses I’ve had (personal reasons, 4 family members in the hospital, etc). But by working all night on a few projects, I managed to finish everything. And then I find out she gave me an A-… and I am the only one in the class who didn’t get an A! First off, I got A’s in all my other AP classes- this class was just supposed to a fun elective, not lower my grades for mid year reports. Second, I repeat, I gave up free periods to come in and work- I’m the only in the class. Third, my work is decent, definitely A material. Fourth, I would be more understanding if I was not the only one! Lastly, I’d rather deserve my A-… how many times have I wanted to go home (I have free 7th and 8th) but I drudged back to school every day and never cut once. I’m talking to her tomorrow to find her justification. If she’d rather me do a crappy job like some of the other people but finish on time, then I shall.

Ahhhhhh sorry for this incoherent rambling. This is why I love CC… great stress reliever

Awww I would be upset too! That’s really not fair. Especially if all of the freshmen and sophomores are getting A’s. Definitely talk to her tomorrow, and let us know how it goes…Perhaps it was a mistake? A pencil smudge that looked like a minus?
