I asked my lung doc the other day about booking a trip for an international conference in Chicago in October. He said too early for him to know even when he can see patients in person again At UCSF and he’d advise just sheltering in place.
He was upset and disappointed to see folks gathering and frolicking in Golden Gate Park in SF.
A friend whose org runs a major Event for patients with lung conditions in November in Chicago won’t be holding the event live this year. They will send out print newsletters instead.
