Where to submit new essays after deferral?

<p>Well, I was deferred and wish to submit a new essay for regular admission (I heard that is possible). I remember on the application website some rules regarding sending essays separately, but since I already submitted mine, I have no opportunity of viewing it. Do you know the guidelines on submitting new essays? Like addresses, types of envelopes, using covers, etc.?</p>
