What you will find easy in science really depends on your academic strengths. Generally biology (and biology-related courses like anatomy), basic chemistry, and geology will rely more on your ability to efficiently memorize things–really internalizing things like structures and cycles. Physics and some types of chemistry are much more problem-solving based and involve a lot of math. Depending on the professor, astronomy might involve celestial/orbital physics which can get pretty complicated. I would think about your strengths and talk to an adviser about what best fits your strengths and your schedule, as well as what you may have the prerequisites for. For example, you may need physics for astronomy, and for that physics you may need calculus. Going for a sequence of two classes, such as the “Biology for Non-Science Majors” sequence, might be the best option as you’ll get a real grounding in one type of science rather than jumping around, plus as a non-majors course they don’t expect a background.
