<p>A student at my school was rejected as a business major at Penn State and Geneseo but accepted to BC early action as an education major with a 28 ACT. She thinks she will be able to transfer to the business school at BC, but I heard that is difficult to do. Two others both got into the school of education at BC with 28 ACT. School of education is definately easier than the rest.</p>
