One of your opening assertions is patently wrong - the price of your education is hugely relevant, especially if you are using borrowed money.
Most of the people i know who graduated from UOP graduated with a HUGE pile of debt, which they found to be a big burden as they began their career. They liked the school but, hate the student loan payment for many years to follow. I know 2 people who got their scholarships pulled after freshman year, one one transferred to Sac State, the other’s parents had the means to pay the full bill.
If you will go into debt for UOP, it simply isn’t worth the price.
It is like buying a Porsche when a Sentra is all you need.
