<p>Try posting your stats, state of residency and college preferences (location, size, urban-suburban-rural, public-private, financial restrictions, etc) on the college search and/or parents forums to get suggestions.</p>

<p>Remember this–college is what you make of it. You can get a great education at third tier college or huge public uni if you know how to work the system and pro-actively seek out opportunities. Conversely you can get a crappy education at a great school if you pick the wrong classes or have a poor work ethic.</p>
<p>Also at most colleges, you’ll find the most able student tend to cluster in few STEM majors (which includes pre-med).</p>
