<p>I imagine there are good arguments for both. I know that cheating scandals in the past were a major reason for reshuffling companies at West Point. Our D seems to like the fact she has been with the same company the whole way (except Beast) but if a cadet is looking for a fresh start, re-shuffling would be a good way to do it.</p>
