Which schools send you the most mail?

evansville practically everyday

Forget WUStL…it is a rank amateur compared to Case Western. I got a postcard virtually every other day. It was really annoying, mostly because it was a huge waste of paper.

The University of Central Florida easily wins with the most e-mails, though.

Erskine
Francis Marion
Hampden-Sydney
Guilford
University of Miami

Over this past summer, I got a postcard from Drexel either every day or every other day. I also had to create a seperate e-mail folder for the 21 e-mails they sent me in about a span of 2 months. All they saw in terms of my stats was a 220 on the PSAT’s, so does this mean that they really want me specifically, or do they do this to everyone?

St. Olaf, I get a postcard from them all the time.

Probably want you, since your PSAT was twice as high as mine. And even I’ve got all the regional colleges drooling over me… Hehehe.

D too received annoying amount of mailings from WashU - -THANK GOD!!! Had never paid any attention to WashU before and had a hard time believing it could possibly be as good as their “propaganda reports”. We did visit during her Junior year during all the college visits and from that point on everything became about WashU. She applied and was accepted. Before her visit top choices were MIT, Northwestern and Rice. She did apply to these schools also because it’s GOOD to have choices. WashU has definitely earned its ranking in US News but she decided without reading the magazine or caring about rankings.

Most mailings: Washington University in St. Louis
Yale - Finally emailed them to give it a rest!
Northwestern

I have been recieving mail from WU-in-STL. Also from some of the SUNY’s and LIU’s.

I also have been getting mail from MIT but that was because I registered to their website, the others came from doing nothing!

Does the “College Essay Writing Checklist” that Washington University has help at all by the way? I’m getting it sometime soon.

UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL FLORIDA!!! WHAT IS THIS? I LIVE IN FREAKING MICHIGAN!!!

and a bunch of little POS colleges in the midwest.

I live in Jersey. I get letters from about 4 schools in Florida, none of which I know of. And they’re all chockful of prefixes, like Northern Central Florida International Instutite of Sciences and Literature.

oh. and WashU@St.L. Wow. Possibly singlehandedly responsible for the erosion damage in western China.

University of Central Florida and Southern New Hampshire for me. I keep getting slammed by both of these. It is getting to the point where I will have to block UCF from my e-mail because I am so sick of the Golden Knights.

On top of the million other mailings I’ve received from them, I’ve received 11 things from WUSTL in the last 3 days.

Although I only t about 5 letters from them, USC’s recruitment material was definitely the funniest (except for I letter from Fadi P. Deek, the dean of NJIT). All of USC’s letters contained the phrase “you can be part of the Trojan family.”

1.Boston University
2.NYU
3.BAylor
4.Nova South Eastern(Fl.)
5.Xavier University(OH.)

No way Xavier!!! Nor Nova

University of Pittsburg
Steven’s Institute of Technology

University Of Central Florida - Marist??? - I Don"t Even Care - Caltech

I get junk from NAU lol it sounds so weird Northern Arizona U i mean jeeze wat the…

The worst thing is when they can’t even get your name right. Some new Baptist college in SC sent me a letter starting “Dear Mark…” That’s not my name???

To make it worse, they then sent me an e-mail starting “Cindy, we know your senior year…” They couldn’t even get my gender right the second time!!!

Why should someone apply there if they can’t even get your name right?

Evansville oh and Elmira

I don’t know though. I used to save all my college mail since I took the PSAT sophomore year and by the summer between senior and jr year when i finally threw it out, I weighed it and it weighed 53 lbs

WUSTL - hands down

Large margin…

Northwestern
