Hope everyone’s Christmas was joyful! We had a dusting of snow here in Toronto when we woke up Christmas morning, and I do mean a dusting because it was gone by lunch time. It was the first snow we’ve had on Christmas for five years. Today is boxing day here where lots of crazy people, who clearly didn’t shop enough prior to Christmas, go out and fill the malls. Not I! My plan is to do absolutely nothing today. After four days and nights of cooking for 15-20 people, it’s time for a rest. Some extended family who were staying with us left early this morning in anticipation of this storm that’s headed our way, but most will be here til the weekend and those who are will be sharing the meal duty! Merry Christmas to my CC friends.
