I’m going to say a 9x9 pan and cookie sheet I got from my SIL. We do an adult gift exchange that is “secret Santa”. All gifts should be food related and $$$ amount about $25. SO many interesting things to buy! And I got bake ware???

In 1996 we joined an adult bible study group. For our Christmas party we were to have a gag gift exchange. I commissioned a tree ornament with a caricature of my face giving thumbs up and wishing a Merry Christmas. It has been regifted every year since - the “winner” has to hang it visibly on their tree

I wish I could describe the lovely potpourri warmer that we got from H’s brother’s family. Something to do with a rosebush, and a swing, and a big bucket. We sat a gingerbread man in it and he kept watch over our festivities.

Every year my brother gives everyone DVDs from the $1 bin. Here’s a man who doesn’t like/know how to shop. We just donate them unopened to the church yard sale.

It is a useful gift but I don’t understand why the giver thought I needed covers for my china instead of just continuing to use the boxes they came in.

the best gift at our white elephant Yankee Swap style this year were a George W Bush and Hillary Clinton doll. they were talking dolls…very funny and highly coveted.
