Who else is relieved that they got rejected to their ED school?

<p>Yes, I agree. The new linkages with Booth do attract the Wharton hopefuls to UChicago.</p>

<p>Yeah it’s inconceivable to most UChicago graduates that undergrads can now take classes such as “Financial Accounting” while in the College at U of C.</p>

<p>10 years ago, students would literally have PROTESTED the mere possibility of having such course offerings.</p>

<p>How times change! Personally, I think this is a great step for Chicago, and now makes it much more sensible for Wharton applicants to apply to Chicago. The University overall has great resources, and it’s good for undergrads to have exposure to top-flight graduate schools. When I was at Chicago, the college was kind of an island.</p>
